SAME DAY: Most orders placed before 11:45AM MST will receive same day shipping. 

DROP SHIP: Most items on the website are apart of our Drop Ship Service and if on backorder, we will let you know via email if you want to backorder the part or if you want a refund.

WEB ORDER: Shipping cost on the website are just an estimate. If you are overcharged on shipping, we will refund you the amount that was left over. A tracking number will also be sent to you via website order or email once your product is shipped.

MOTOR FREIGHT: Please inspect package before signing, if the product was shipped via motor freight.
