Designed for racers, hot rodders, engine swaps, and custom builds, these premium crossflow radiators deliver exceptional cooling performance without the premium price tag. Constructed from 100% lightweight aluminum and fully furnace brazed, these radiators eliminate the weak points found in traditional epoxy and gasket-style designs, providing maximum durability, superior heat transfer, and dependable performance race after race.
The efficient single-pass crossflow design features two rows of 1-inch aluminum cooling tubes, offering cooling performance comparable to traditional five-row copper radiators while reducing weight. A dense fin structure increases cooling efficiency, improves airflow through the core, and adds strength to withstand demanding racing environments. The 2.25-inch thick core delivers an ideal balance of airflow and heat dissipation for both street and competition applications.
Each radiator is equipped with a CNC-machined billet aluminum filler neck for a long-lasting seal under high-pressure cooling systems. The billet neck accepts standard 1-5/8-inch radiator caps and includes a 1/8-inch NPT overflow port with a hose barb fitting for overflow or coolant recovery systems.
Designed for universal installation, these radiators are available in 22", 24", 26", 28", and 31" widths (measured tank-to-tank), while maintaining a 19-inch overall height to fit a wide variety of race cars, muscle cars, street rods, trucks, and custom projects. The traditional Chevy hose configuration features a 1.5-inch driver-side upper inlet and 1.75-inch passenger-side lower outlet, making them ideal for both Small Block Chevy (SBC) and Big Block Chevy (BBC) applications.
Because these radiators are designed strictly for maximum engine cooling, they do not include an internal transmission cooler, making an external transmission cooler necessary for automatic transmissions. Mounting brackets, insulators, radiator cap, fan shrouds, and electric fan kits are sold separately, allowing you to customize the installation for your specific build.
