The Wehrs Machine & Racing Products Steering Shaft Support Bracket for 1-1/2" tubing is an innovative solution designed to improve steering shaft clearance and simplify header fitment in your race car’s engine bay. Originally designed by chassis builder Justin O’Brien, this bracket replaces the traditional weld-on steering tab, helping guarantee compatibility with virtually any header brand or model.
This support bracket accepts a standard 3/4" steering heim and securely clamps to 1-1/2" chassis tubing for easy installation and adjustability. Removed from a new frame and never raced, this bracket is in excellent condition and ready for your next build or chassis upgrade.
