Allstar Performance Dual Pass Aluminum Radiators
The Allstar Performance Dual Pass Aluminum Radiators are fully welded, high-performance radiators designed to withstand the demands of motorsports and performance street applications. Their dual-pass design routes coolant through the radiator twice, providing an efficient cooling solution for demanding engine combinations.
With a dual-pass radiator, coolant enters through the inlet and travels through the upper half of the radiator before being redirected through the lower half and exiting through the lower outlet. This configuration effectively creates two cooling passes within a single radiator assembly.
Each radiator features two rows of 1" wide aluminum tubes that are furnace brazed to the tanks for strength and efficient heat transfer. A fully welded billet aluminum filler neck includes a removable overflow fitting.

Sizing Information:
Listed radiator sizes are based on the overall dimensions of the radiator. The actual core width is approximately 5" narrower than the overall radiator width.
Radiator Cap Recommendation:
For Allstar aluminum radiators, use a radiator cap rated at 28 PSI or less.
